Returns & Exchanges Policy


NO CASH REFUNDS

We do not offer cash refunds for any purchases or shipping charges. This policy applies to both defective merchandise and any other reason for return. Instead, we offer exchanges or replacements as outlined below.


Exchanges within 14 Days of Purchase

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may exchange it for an item of equal value within 14 days from the date you received your order. No cash refunds are provided.  

- A $10.00 restocking fee per item will apply for all exchanges.

- You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item.


Exchange Conditions

- Items must be returned in like-new condition with all original packaging, including packing materials, accessories, and manuals.

- Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused at the customer’s expense.


Defective Products

Within 90 Days of Purchase

- Defective items may be exchanged for the exact same product within 90 days of purchase.

- There are no refunds for defective items or shipping charges.

- The customer is responsible for shipping the defective item back to us.


Within One Year of Purchase

- If a product is defective within one year, it can be returned for **repair or replacement. A repair fee will apply, which varies depending on the product. Please contact Customer Service for the specific repair fee.

- No cash refunds are available for defective products or shipping charges.

- Only manufacturer defects are covered. Damage caused by misuse or accidents (e.g., dropping the product) is not covered.

- The customer is responsible for shipping the defective item to us.
